A Spirited Improv experience is unlike anything else. It is an enlivening emergent experience of collective creativity, authentic expression, and community belonging. It’s an improvisational playspace for the human spirit with invitations to move beyond fear and self-limitation into experiments of music-making, dancing, singing, acting, costumed silliness, story-telling, and ritual that deeply nourish the heart and soul. You are invited to release judgment and practice radical acceptance of yourself and each human in the room, creating an encouraging playspace for all.
