A Spirited Improv Performance will bring interactive, meaningful, transformative entertainment to your event.

A Spirited Improv Performance is an enlivening emergent experience of collective creativity, authentic expression, and community belonging. It’s an improvisational playspace for the human spirit with invitations to move beyond fear and self-limitation into experiments of music-making, movement, singing, acting, costumed silliness, story-telling, and ritual that deeply nourish the heart and soul. It offers a warm, encouraging, and safe container where laughter, tears, and connection flow freely.

As we weave in the theme of your event, what unfolds is spontaneous and sacred, hilarious and healing, shaped by the energy of Love guiding it all. All are invited to practice radical acceptance of yourself and each human present. Spirited Improv Playshop

A Spirited Improv Playshop offers a smaller group experience to play together in transformative ways that offer healing, release, tears, joy, laughter, and deep connection.

A Spirited Improv Playshop is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. It is an enlivening emergent experience of collective creativity, authentic expression, and community belonging. It’s an improvisational playspace for the human spirit with invitations to move beyond fear and self-limitation into experiments of music-making, dancing, singing, acting, costumed silliness, story-telling, and ritual that deeply nourish the heart and soul. It offers a warm, playful, and safe container where laughter, tears, and connection flow freely.

You are invited to release judgment and practice radical acceptance of yourself and each human in the room, creating an encouraging playspace for all. Whether you choose to simply offer your loving presence or step onto stage to play, you’re woven into the collective experience. What unfolds is spontaneous and sacred, hilarious and healing, shaped by the energy of Love in the room guiding it all.

You’ll leave a Playshop feeling uplifted, expanded, and woven into a community that celebrates each person’s unique expression and the Oneness that holds us all. Each time we gather, we’ll discover anew what becomes possible when we come together in service to Love. Who Is Jessica Chilton, Founder of Spirited Improv?

Blending her 20 years of improvisational performing arts and 16 years as an expressive arts therapist and coach with her lifelong spiritual awakening journey, Jessica Chilton created “Spirited Improv”—now known as the most radically loving and powerfully liberating way to experience improv. Weaving together tender human authenticity, inspired creative expression, and full surrender into the heart, Spirited Improv invites the full spectrum soul into the spotlight to play. Although each Playshop and Performance is a unique emergence, Spirited Improv always creates a space of unity consciousness, loving presence, full acceptance, service to one another, revival of joyful play, and collective healing…not to mention belly laughter!
